Arago Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2019

Sorby Adams Neptune Rings is a premium red wine range of signature Barossa grape varieties sourced from the region's finest soils.
This collection honors our ancestor, John Couch Adams, who, along with fellow mathematicians, proved the existence of the planet Neptune in the 1840s.
His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings.
Arago is ALSO one of those rings and represents our classic Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
This wine boasts superb flavors, with notes of cumin, olive, and dark cocoa. It is multilayered, has finely grained vanillin oak, and finishes gracefully.
The wine has been matured in French oak hogsheads, with 30% of the barrels being new oak, for 30 months. Additionally, the barrels were air-dried for four years before use.
The blend consists of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon from Craneford in Eden Valley and 35% Shiraz from Ebenezer in Barossa Valley.
It can be enjoyed now and will continue to age well until 2038. The wine is sealed with QORK.
