Vintage 2025

It’s delicately lifted on the nose, showing crunchy apple, fig, lemon peel, and white floral notes, leading to a linear palate that’s juicy and lively, splendidly structured by fine acidity, finishing mouth-watering and lingering. At its best: now to 2029.

This is the initial release of this wine which is sourced from the Clare Valley. Captures a lot of what this variety is all about with its citrusy Granny Smith characters and a slightly crumbly pastry complexity adding further. It's made to retain its fresh acidity with the earlier picking, and the result is a wine that has good length, precision and focus. Excellent current drinking wine
