I'm not gonna lie, by itself I'm not a huge fan, but when using it in things like an espresso martini or in a sour based cocktail. Its definitely a game changer. So take it home and give it a crack if you get a change.

Substitute this for almost any cocktail that needs sugar syrup added. And cut off the sugar Syrup... darn amazing drinks that come from this
