St Lucia Distillers is a small rum distillery situated in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. A handcrafted rum, deep mahogany colour with reddish tinges. A beautifully complex nose of bitter orange, nutmeg, cinnamon and sweet raisin. A rich sweet mouth feel with exotic spice - nutmeg, vanilla, clove and balanced by a crisp citrus orange peel character. A hedonistic but complex spiced rum.

You know most spiced rums are a bit too sickly sweet to do things with besides just a simple mixer. But this is one of the first spiced rums that is quite versatile in using for many drinks. Easy going and pleasant, on rocks with a lime ;)

My go to Rum for special occasions. I like to drink it straight on the rocks. Has a nice fruit after taste with a smooth touch on the palette.

This rum when combined with lemonade, ginger ale or Cola is like having an instant cocktail. The spices and intense orange peel flavour means you do not have to add anything else.

I am a huge fan of this spiced Rum and cannot drink any other after my first taste of this. For me 100 ml rum 100 ml ginger beer one large cube ice and a lime wedge. Nothing better on a hot day!!
