Sourced from vines planted on the Estate in 1949 and made with traditional Tahbilk techniques of fermentation in open oak vats, followed by a period of maturation in French oak for 18 months gives this aged Cabernet class, elegance and power. Approachable now, this classic, cassis and dried leaf scented wine will continue its regal grace for those patient enough.
