Mahogany red in colour, Yzaguirre Reserva Red Vermouth is highly aromatic and velvety, with woody, herbal, and spicy notes layered over ripe fruit. A year in brandy barrels imparts refined depth and balance.
Cassis, dried cherry and ribe blackberry are layered in the rich aroma. Bittersweet tasting notes of ripefruit with light bitterness of grapefruit pith, gentian and espresso.
Drink over ice with and orange slice and a green olive. Lengthen with soda or tonic as an aperitif. Ideal for use in any cocktail using Sweet Vermouth like the Manhattan, Negroni, Boulevardier or Martinez.
