This tonic was created after a lot of research of classic recipes from a time when tonic was for more than just flavour. Full of fresh bright citrus and slightly floral flavours with a lingering but pleasant bitterness, this is what gin and tonic was meant to taste. Crafted with Cinchona bark, grapefruit, lime, ginger, cardamom, lemongrass and sweetened with cane sugar.
