Rootside’s first release in their aromatic series, based on the traditional aromatic bitters style made famous by Angostura. Crafted on Canada's gorgeous Vancouver Island, these bitters retain that classic flavour profile, yet boast a unique blend of botanicals that brings out the best in cocktails.
A warm blend of aromatic spices including clove, cinnamon, star anise and allspice backed up by herbaceous rosemary, elderflower and wintergreen.
