A rare field blend of Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Blanc (70%) from the eighth generation of the Guillemot family. The Savigny lès Beaune is showing flavours such as, fresh citrus, white flowers and honey water on the nose, which reflects the local terroir of refinement and elegance. There is also high acidity with subtle oak framing the creamy undertones on the palate that leads to a long finish. It has great capability for long term cellaring with the right condition.
