AlluvialeAnobli Botrytised Sauvignon Blanc 2012
About this product
The first vintage of this wine (2008) was made by accident: very ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes suffered heavy rain, which led to noble rot setting in, then the wind dried the grapes, which concentrated the sugar and flavour making a voluptuous , concentrated wine, akin to a German beerenauslese.
