Lighthouse Gin is made with pure mountain spring water with hand-zested naval oranges, yen ben lemons and hints of native botanicals, including leaves of the peppery native botanicals, to create a premium gin of exceptional flavour and complexity. Each batch has its own subtle flavour, which may best be appreciated in a dry martini, a refreshingly flavoursome G&T, or on the rocks.
