About this product

'Ichiro' means one straight road. Dewazakura named it to indicate their determination and focus in Ginjo making. Ichiro is Dewazakura's flagship Junmai Daiginjo. It is fine and delicate, but also has a subtle power.

Absolutely regarded. Out here ranking sake you've never tasted, I like it! ty kanye, very cool.

Is this organic? Organic must be made organic rice and made in organic certified brewery. It probably is nice sake but where is the organic certification? I can't see on google. Hardly any organic sake in Japan. (It might good sake though).
