Meticulous, hands on production allows Paul Girauds style to produce artisanal cognacs which date from 6 to 50 years of age. The 15 year old Napoleon has heady scents of apricot, pear, raisins and spice. The light and elegant palate offers toffee, raisins, pepper, spices and almonds.
