Rhum Agricole Blanc 700mL

Most rum is made from molasses. In the French West Indies, rum is made by fermenting, then distilling pure sugar cane juice. This gives you a rum that is fresher, more elegant and fruit driven. Only 1 % of the worlds rums are distilled this way, most are in Martinique and have AOC status (protected and strictly regulated method of production, like Champagne, Bordeaux...). This is a fine white rum, rich and very full in flavour with a complex aromas of tropical fruits.
