1978 Armagnac 700mL

Founded in 1832, the house is the oldest business still operating in the Armagnac. Under the guidance of the Castarede family six generations on, Armagnac Castarede makes available vintage and non-vintage Armagnacs distilled primarily between 1900-2000 from throughout the Bas Armagnac. This 1978 has aromas of leather, eucalyptus, dry fig, praline and tobacco. The mouth feel is powerful with flavours of prunes, grapes, orange bark and almond, finishing with white chocolate characters.
