Based on Wild Thyme and Finger Lime, this is the first limited edition gin that has relied heavily on native Australian produce as a key character emphasising the uber-green aromatics of wild thyme and bright astringency of the finger lime fruit, distilled with a peppercorn-spiced gin base. Herbaceous, Fresh and slightly pearlescent when chilled.
