A project of pure passion that has taken years to perfect with the assistance of Johnny Scott (Mighty Mighty Coffee), who roasts and grinds the beans for this liqueur at the distillery. The coffee beans used are imported exclusively from Mexico. The brandy base spirit used is cold-dripped over 24 hours, and cold-brew used to dilute it to strength. It is an intense coffee hit with vanilla, chocolate and citrus dominant characters. And a dense palate-weight that will stretch in any cocktail.
