Twr Pinot Noir

Ripe red berry fruits with hints of violets & mushroom on the nose. Strawberry & cherry, some sweet baking spice undertones on the palate. Fine, silky tannins & dry texture combine to create a lengthy finish. All fruit for this wine was handpicked, hand-sorted, destemmed without crushing & transferred to small one-tonne open fermenters, hand-plunged up to four times daily. The majority In French oak (30% new) from various coopers for 12 months.
