So much character at the price, and quite different from your run-of-the-mill Cabernet. Red fruits and plum, aniseed and exotic spice, a pleasing floral and leafy perfume. It’s supple, medium-bodied, black olive and tobacco in with bramble fruit, gravelly tannin, and a dusty spicy finish of excellent length. Lovely. All class.
