A blend of 50/50 Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Hand picked and pressed immediately with both barrel and tank for fermentation. The Rosé is matured for a few months until filtration and bottling. Slightly candied fruit with luscious cherries and rhubarb on the palate, finishing with a savoury, clean and dry finish.
