Dry, Full Bodied style of Cabernet SauvignonBen Glaetzer uses only the finest Cabernet vineyards in Langhorne Creek for his Directors Cut Cabernet Sauvignon, and the sheer force of the wine is testament to the vineyards. Its deep purple colour heralds blackcurrant accompanied by ripe red cherry. A mouth coating texture and supple tannin structure create an experience of perfect equilibrium. However, the true character is more easily appreciated in the complex layers of spice; liquorice, nutmeg and star anise with mint in the background.
