Dry, Medium Bodied style of Pinot GrisDveri is the old Slovenian word for door. Železne Dveri is also the name of the exceptional viticulture location close to Jeruzalem where Dveri–Pax maintains its vineyards. Pax is Latin for “peace” and also “inscribed”. Dveri-Pax makes refreshing, drinkable and typical wines from estate-grown fruit.
Despite some longer periods of summer heat, vintage 2015 proved to be one of the best vintages in the recent years at Dveri-Pax. These wines are full-bodied, with beautifully mature acids.The colour is a delicate lemon to golden yellow. The bouquet is medium intense and very fruity. Pinot Gris, although not the most aromatic variety, in the vintage 2015 showed its luxurious character. On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied. A classic Styrian Pinot Gris with freshness of Pinot Grigio and fruitiness of Pinot Gris.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
