You'd be hard pressed to find a producer who know more then Chalmers do when it comes to Italian varitals. Known for their nursery and being responsible for the import of most Italian grape vines, Fiano was first imported into Australia by Chalmers in 2000.
100% Nero D'Avola handpicked from their vineyard in Heathcote, with a soil combination of ironstone, dolerite, green basalt and quartz.Handpicked, wild fermented, whole berries. Unfined. Unfiltered. Vegan friendly.
Vibrant and juicy, captivating raspberry and cherry with notes of graphite, fine tannins. Drink now, until 2022.
