2015 Punt Road Sparkling The base wine is a blend of 86% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir hand harvested from the estate vineyard. The 3 years on lees flew by. The wine was tiraged in July of 2016 and spent three years in bottle on lees in an underground cellar at a temperature of around 10 degrees C. It was disgorged in August of 2018. Honeycomb, brioche and hazelnut kernel. Very fine bead, elegant, harmonious, zing of lemon zest to finish. Tim Shad, Punt Road
2020 Onannon Chardonnay Good flesh here, medium-bodied, good weight and sweep of acidity with a crispness to the finish.
2019 Shadowfax Little Hampton Pinot Noir ...Raspberry, plum and cherry sap fall immediately onto the palate, along with savoury notes of game, graphite and white pepper. Fine and lacy tannins frame the complexity. Al Timms, winemaker.
