2015 Punt Road Vintage Sparkling The base wine is a blend of 86% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir, hand harvested in the early morning from our estate vineyard. The wine was tiraged in July of 2016 and spent three years in bottle on lees in an underground cellar. It was disgorged in August of 2018.
NV Stefano Lubiana Sparkling Brut Méthode traditionnelle, with a minimum of two years on lees and one year on cork pre-release. A sparkling wine that tastes fruit-pure, intense, rich, creamy and complex.
