We source fruit from right across our celebrated region, never seeking to follow trends, only to produce our range of wines with serious drinkability in mind. This Rose is a delicious blend of Cabernest Suavignon and Shiraz. The nose is an expressive mix of rosewater, fairy floss and raspberry tart on the nose. The palate just flows; mid-palate is succulent, and the finish is refreshing - think just ripe strawberries with a faint lick of fresh fennel to boot.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Cabernet sourced from Coldstream and fermented and matured in stainless steel. A bright salmon colour. Cherry, tangerine and a touch of florals make for an attractive nose that follows through onto the palate which is dry, well weighted, refreshing and long. Good stuff.
