A brilliant drop. Fresh, citrusy acidity and floral notes with great minerality. Oh so drinkable, one of my favourites on the wine list at the restaurant at which I work.

This was recommended by the waiter at the Fishhouse restaurant in Burleigh Heads. We had never heard of this before but we're very impressed when we tried it. So much so that we took a note of the name and plan on buying some when we return
