The Huia Blanc de Blancs is made in the traditional method, fermented in bottle and showing a fine bead and good bubble retention. The nose shows lovely bready and biscuity flavours while the palate is rich in peach fruit, ripe citrus flavours and creaminess ending with a long elegant dry finish.
