In 2008 Huia entered the Organic Certification process with vineyards and winery fully certified Organic in 2012. The Huia Blanc de Blancs is made in the traditional method, fermented in bottle and showing a fine bead and good bubble retention. The nose shows lovely bready and biscuity flavours while the palate is rich in peach fruit, ripe citrus flavours and creaminess ending with a long elegant dry finish.
