The palate is medium bodied- our Sangiovese is soft, juicy and approachable, with bright but dense red fruit characters with fine, grippy tannins and a savoury, slightly sappy finish. An ideal dining partner, it matches with a variety of dishes from classic cold Italian cured meats right the way through to hearty pasta tomato based dishes.
