Made from organically-run vineyards, the wine is pure and crystalline. Pre-ferment skin contact results in fine, fleshy fruit texture and some refreshing grip to the palate. Juicy notes of honeysuckle and nectarine flowers find themselves balanced by fruity mouth-watering characters.
