Syrah proved the most worthy, offering fleshy vibrancy and silky charm, accounting for 30% of the blend with the balance being the classic Douro varieties. Matured in high quality French oak this is only the fourth release of Cedro do Noval. Cherry, plums and smoked meat with fine tannins. A powerful wine with savoury herbs on the finish.
