Dry, Medium Bodied style of Sangiovese CabernetThis wine comes from a separate DOC, known as Barco Reale, created in 1994 and named after a celebrated Medici residence. Intensely savoury with lots of autumnal fruit flavours and earthy complexity. There are also those signature hints of forest floor and porcini mushrooms. A fine tannin backbone carries the flavours to a long-lasting finish.
