Ren Barbier and his son produce a tiny quantity of this unique, textural white. The grapes come from various vineyards at high altitude, Viognier and Pinot Noir - vinifed as a white with Grenache Blanc and Marsanne. The nose is spicy and infused with lime pith and pressed flowers while the palate is crisp and tense with a touch of candle wax and lemongrass with a minerally finish.
