Toro Albal's Elctrico solera produces a superb, complex and powerful Fino with aromas of almond, green-fruit and iodine. Containing only the natural fermentation alcohol (no added alcohol), 'Fino Elctrico' is made from 100% Pedro Ximinez grapes and offers a soft mid-palate and round finish that sets it apart from its Fino brethren in Jerez. However the bright, chalky crackle, so distinctive of the Fino style and the local chalky soils, shines though.
