Dry, Full Bodied style of CarignanAromas of black figs, cherries and mulberries with a fine line of minerality that carries prunes, cloves and liquorice. On the palate, it is dry and full bodied with balanced acidity. The full, ripe tannins incorporate complex notes of figs, blackberries and cherries. This is complemented by a fine array of spicy flavours including cloves and liquorice, all reinforced by a solid backbone of minerals.
