Semi Dry, Medium Bodied style of SemillonBarossa Valley, AustraliaThe grapes were hand-picked then whole-bunch pressed to stainless and a barrel for fermentation. It was kept on its post-fermentation lees for an additional 6 months for added freshness and texture. 2017 was a cooler growing season and this has resulted in a pale Semillon with a bright bouquet of pink grapefruit and fresh-cut hay. The palate is both fresh and refreshing, with driving acidity and a moreish, slippery texture.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Semi-dry wines are perceptibly sweet but leaning towards dry.
