Dry, Medium Bodied style of Pinot GrigioThis is an excellent (and great value) example of Italian Gris. It’s straw-coloured with a perfectly weighted palate—good pulp but also lovely, driven energy and a very dry close with a twist of phenolics. There’s plenty of pear, straw and floral personality as well. The skin contact has accentuated the mouthfeel, where it spreads across the palate.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
