Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazPairs well with BeefIndependent wineryThis perennial overachiever is sourced mostly from the Kalleske family’s Greenock and Moppa Hill vineyards (the 2018 blend is 78% Greenock, 18% Moppa and 4% Marananga). The grapes were 100% de-stemmed and transferred to a mix of open-top fermenters, where they were hand-plunged twice per day. Following fermentation, the wine was then fed to oak barrels (5% new).

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
