Rocky, high-altitude terroir grows the grapes that are then de-stemed, aged in tank and one-third French oak, oozing personality that is both classic Pinot and at the same time a twist thats clearly Mediterranean. Its equal parts French Pinot Noir (dark cherry, inky, floral), Mediterranean (spicy, earthy) and even Alpine (refreshing, tangy and medium bodied).
