Dry, Medium Bodied style of Sangiovese MerlotThis fragrant, crisp and fresh wine is drawn from the younger Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the Ricasoli Estate and made rather uniquely. The Merlot is made as a classic ros style, then blended with the Sangiovese which was vinified as a white wine, without any skin contact. A delicate rose petal colour, subtle with notes of rosehip, violet and cherry, bright, sappy acidity and a refreshing finish.
