Semi-carbonic fermentation, followed by wild yeast fermentation and a small quantity aged in small, old oak barrels, have all contributed to a complex and expressive Fleurie with dense and opulent fruit, fine tannins and great length.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
