Independent wineryMargaret River, AustraliaDrawn from vines planted on Voyager’s gravelly loam soils, the Sauvignon (80%)—from five different blocks with varied microclimates and flavour profiles—brings fresh, crunchy drive with tropical aromas and flavours, while the Semillon (20%)—sourced from the North Block 10 vineyard planted in 1995—contributes pithy lemon notes, palate weight and structure. Several years of organic farming and Voyager's controlled yields had the grapes in terrific shape for the tricky 2021 season.
