About this product


This unconventional, small-batch bottling (only 230 dozen produced) is made from co-fermented Chardonnay and Viognier and aged in used French oak for just three months. It's well textured, aromatic and fresh, combining zippy stone-fruit flavours with some cool-climate Viognier lemongrass/ginger exoticism. The palate is juicy with a deliciously zesty finish. The carefree creativity with which this wine was produced really shows in its cheerful texture and spirited energy.
