Made from 100% Tobaziche Agave (Agave karwinskii). The Agave is wild and is not farmed and must be found by searching in the mountains! It is naturally fermented in small wooden vats and double distilled in copper-pot alembics the Miahuatlan region. The bouquet is charged with strong tones of the flesh of the Agave plant, laced with aromatic (cedar-like) woods. A sweet palate with very long-lasting traces of quince and anise, the aftertaste is very floral against a backdrop of clean, wet clay.
