This rum is crafted from the cream of the organic cane sugar crop, free from any pesticides or sewage sludge fertilizers. It has a delicious sugarcane aroma with a rounded flavour that holds gentle warmth on the palate. A long and lingering finish, this Rum has had no flavours or extracts added and is Soil Association certified, USDA Organic certified and Fair Trade certified.
