Single Barrel Enmore EHP 750mL

A rare single-distillate heritage rum linked to the old Enmore Estate, was the marquee used by the distillery attached to this sugar estate. The original Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, used, is the last surviving one operating in the world. Aged in small batches and matured in oak barrels in perfect warehouse conditions of 30-34C. Butterscotch nose blended with roasted coconut and apple. This initial taste of baked peach and coconut leads to a smoky cedar finish.
