Aged in French limousin oak barrels, the colour takes on a golden amber appearance. The nose is mild and exhibits notes of honey, apricot, spices, and white pepper. The palate is soft with flavours of honey, almond, stone fruit, spices, and nutty oak. The finish is clean and spicy.
