A single estate cognac, coming from a distillery in Mainxe, Grande Champagne. This cognac is made of 100% Folle Blanche grapes and aged in French Limousin Oak Barrels since 1991. No additives whatsoever. The aroma is a lovely scent characteristic of the Folle Blanche grape; pepper-like and fruity with floral elements. The taste is heavy a flavour filling mouth with ease and lightweight woody bitter flavours in the finish.
