This very rare rum is from the last production year of the Rockley still in Barbados. It has been bottled at different ages, aged in selected casks previously used to mature Malmsey Madeira and finished in Fino sherry casks. A salty brine like flavour and long deep taste combine to show a totally very special rum of the highest quality. The power of this rum is tamed slightly by the hint of sweetness on the nose; the colour has been darkened by the sweet wine soaked wood.
