Pansa Blanca is the local name for the Cava white grape, Xarel lo, in Alella. This wine is a consistently excellent interpretation of the variety. Up front its juicy, soft and fruit driven with a gentle savoury finish. Very fine tannins, round mouthfeel, good nuttiness, very gently bitter phenolics. The finish is very clean and long.
